The applicant (the “Applicant”) applying for credit in this Customer Application has requested credit from Client, from whom ProBilling & Funding Service, a division of Peoples Bank of Alabama (“ProBilling”), may from time to time purchase accounts receivable. Applicant is furnishing the information and agreements herein solely at Client’s request for the purpose of obtaining credit from Client, and Applicant understands that ProBilling may refuse to purchase accounts of Applicant from Client at any time without notice to Applicant or any other party. Applicant authorizes ProBilling and/or Client to, with or without notice to Applicant, provide a copy of this application to any entity or individual identified as a credit reference or a trade creditor in this Customer Application, and all such entities or individuals are hereby authorized by Applicant to release all credit information concerning Applicant to ProBilling. Applicant also authorizes ProBilling to provide a copy of this Customer Application to Client. Applicant understands that all accounts are due on the 15th day of the calendar month after the calendar month of the statement date. I f Client or ProBilling, after Company’s refusal to pay, collects through an attorney any indebtedness related to any account of Applicant with Client that has been assigned to ProBilling, Applicant shall pay all collection costs, including a reasonable attorneys’ fees. Payments made by Applicant shall be in U.S. funds.
